Certain features of the service may require payment of fees. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you may continue to access the service until the end of your current billing period.

While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publishing. Content Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.
The service may integrate with third-party platforms such as WordPress, Stripe, and other services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Content Studio is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENT STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CONTENT STUDIO IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Content Studio and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the service and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
